Proportions are nice. Pose is nice. Beautiful background pattern. Good color choice.
LOVE THE HAIR, especially. It's not campy and overly-perfect. There are frizzy parts which makes it really realistic. Parang hindi nag-Rejoice (but that's a good thing because Rejoice commercials are the epitome of fakeness in advertising, hahahaha!)
Love the leaf-theme. That's fashion de rigeur for any elf up-anf-about town!
