So far, the recent storm that hit the city has been the the strongest I've experienced ever since I've been here in manila. Though I was safely in a hotel when it hit (and not in my termite infested subhuman excuse for a boarding house), I could see very clearly from the 9th floor window how the winds made fully grown and massive trees by the bay area sway like it was a shampoo commercial. Took me 3 hours on a cab just to get back home and the campus was a wreck. Massive trees  and posts had fallen and blocked theroads, and power lines were cut.  The massive tree in our boardinghouse fell against one of the structures for the male

There's nothing quite like having a clean sheet of paper and pen handy. The possibility of creating something new and hopefully beautiful with something as simple as a pencil never ceases to amaze me. I'm still quite new here at deviant art but I'm having a lot of fun. There are just too many great artists everywhere...and thank God there's now a way for me to stalk them, haha. Anyway, to all you guys who dropped by my page...thanks for the comments and the faves!:) hmm...i still have to figure out how to show my friends links on my page or on the journal entries like some other deviant artists do. Someone please help me:)
